Course Description:
Come fill your group facilitation toolbox with creative yet practical activities and ideas to enhance learning, group experience and reflection.
Our own Jen Stanchfield author of Tips & Tools: The Art of Experiential Group Facilitation will share her favorite techniques for creating a positive learning environment, increasing participant involvement and facilitating meaningful processing and group dialogue. In this co-creative, engaging workshop participants will develop innovative ways to support the process of group development.
