TEAM DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS: Onsite Training

High 5 builds stronger teams of educators by helping them learn and practice skills in three foundational areas of human interaction: connection, empowerment, and leadership. Through adventure-based activities that are meant to replicate the dynamics of the department, school or district, teams observe group behavior and learn skills which – when taken back to their school – promote more effective communication and stronger working relationships.

We craft our programs one conversation at a time, for maximum impact on addressing the goals that you have for your team. Every program ends with action planning to implement key learnings and insights into your workplace and culture.
