Vaccine & Testing Requirements for Open Enrollment Training and Exams

Dear Training Program Participant,

Throughout the pandemic, High 5 has implemented and adjusted COVID-19 strategies and protocols to best protect our employees, training and testing participants and others in our community. While we’ve remained optimistic, the risks associated with the virus and its emerging variants remain, so we’ve decided to implement a new policy: High 5 will require all open enrollment participants to be fully vaccinated before attending a workshop or exam, effective September 28, 2021.

Reasonable accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you have an underlying medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief that prevents you from being vaccinated. Email cdamboise@high5adventure.org as soon as possible or no later than two weeks before your scheduled training or exam for consideration. If an accommodation is granted, proof of a negative test result dated no more than three days before you arrive for your scheduled training or exam is required.

If you are enrolled in an upcoming event and are unable to comply with High 5’s vaccination policy you can cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund. Priority will be given for any future programming of your choice once you can document you have been fully vaccinated.

As the pandemic continues to evolve, we will update current COVID-19 protocols as needed. Thank you for your cooperation and support as we all continue to navigate this difficult time.
