Hanne Bailey

Hanne, a member of the Training and Team Development team, brings years of facilitation and technical experience as an educator and Challenge Course manager. Hanne earned a BS in Chemistry from St. Lawrence University and has worked in educational settings, including Killington Mountain School, The Leadership School in Nobleboro, ME, and Hale Education in Westwood, MA.

Hanne has a natural ability to connect with people because she truly values creating meaningful relationships. In Hanne’s words, “My passion is people and investing in their well-being.”

By design, she has always lived in settings where the mountains aren’t too far away so she can plan her next adventure hiking, climbing, mountain biking, or skiing.
