Tom Woodbury

Assistant Builder

Tom joined High 5 in 2024, bringing over 14 years of experience in experiential education and development. With a strong foundation in learning by doing, problem-solving, and intentional design, Tom is committed to fostering growth and meaningful connections through accessible and thoughtfully crafted programs.

Originally from the Boston area, Tom attended UMass Amherst, where he played trombone in the UMass Marching Band and earned his B.A., M.Ed., and Ed.S. degrees. After five years as a high school counselor, he transitioned to facilitating various challenge courses across New England, including Project Adventure and Alnoba Leadership & Retreat Center.

Tom currently resides in central Massachusetts with his wife and dog, and enjoys woodworking, board games, baking, and creating multi-media art. Tom is thrilled to join the CCS team and contribute to creating and maintaining safe, challenging spaces where impactful growth can happen.
