Kate Hill

Kate joined the High 5 team in September 2026, bringing over a decade of experience in outdoor education. She is driven by a love for experiential learning and its unique ability to reach students who may not connect with traditional classroom environments.

For Kate, the best part of her work is that it can be a “sneaky” way to teach people to care—about themselves, each other, and the environment. Through shared challenges and time spent outside, students naturally develop a deeper appreciation for their community and the world around them. Kate is excited to be at High 5 and looks forward to being in a place where she can continue learning, growing, and finding new ways to help others do the same.
