EOL Foundations Of Support Workshop
Edge Of Leadership: Foundations Of Support
A One-Day Workshop
Facilitated by Ryan McCormick and High 5 Adventure Learning Center
A one-day immersive workshop for educators, facilitators, and youth development professionals to explore the intentional design, modeling and activation of support within student groups.
Course Description
What does it actually look like to build a classroom or program where support is consistent, visible, and shared? Support is often named as a value, but rarely taught as a skill. Educators work hard to build relationships, but struggle to translate those relationships into clear expectations, predictable behavior, and a strong group culture.
This one-day workshop facilitated by Ryan McCormick introduces the foundational principles of the Edge of Leadership (EOL) framework, with a focus on support as the base of connection and culture. Participants will explore how support is not just something we offer—it’s something we design, model, and activate within a group.
If you’re ready to move beyond good intentions and begin building a living, supportive culture, this workshop is your starting point.
