Ky Schroeher

Ky joined the Edge of Leadership team in July 2024 after graduating from Springfield College. Her time working at Camp Massasoit, part of Springfield College’s East Campus Outdoor Learning Center, unexpectedly opened her eyes to a career path in outdoor education. There was no turning back after the first of numerous summers at the Center. 

“Working with students is a dream come true, and now I work with students year-round! My first week at High 5 was an incredible experience leaping into the EOL Summer Program. It profoundly changed me, and opened my eyes, heart, and mind to the transformative experiences EOL provides to all who attend – students, educators, and the EOL team!” High 5 is thrilled to welcome Ky and the thoughtful energy and enthusiasm she brings to work every day. 

In her free time, she climbs and heads to the trails to run with friends, or her dog Milo. Playing the drums, a new undertaking has become a more personal journey for her without Milo.
