Rich Keegan

Meet Rich Keegan, who joined the High 5 Training Team in 2018. Rich has a deep connection with Adventure Education as a practitioner, teacher, and author (most notably for “Global Games For Diversity Education”). Rich was the instructional leader of an adventure physical education program at both the high school and elementary levels and spent his summers as a challenge course director. He has been honored as CT Experiential Education Association’s Educator of the Year and has earned numerous coaching awards in the Lacrosse realm. Early in his career, he worked at ESPN covering the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
