High Elements can offer something for everyone, whether building teamwork skills or creating opportunities for leadership development and personal growth. Low Elements
Low elements offer the opportunity to increase the meaning of the adventure experience and focus more intensely on the group process. These elements are often a mix of wooden structures, cables, and ropes that create unique challenges with varied levels of intensity. Most low elements either sit directly on the ground or floor or are elevated no more than 18 inches.
