TEAM DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS: Onsite Training

Since the onset of the pandemic, High 5 has been working closely with educator teams to support both professional and student needs. Many of our workshops over the last few years have focused on techniques to help staff and school leaders identify and talk about emotions, a core practice to retain staff and rebuild community.

High 5 builds stronger teams of educators by helping them learn and practice skills in three foundational areas of human interaction: connection, empowerment, and leadership. Through adventure-based activities that are meant to replicate the dynamics of the department, school, or district, teams observe group behavior and learn skills which – when taken back to their school – promote more effective communication and stronger working relationships for building long-term.

We craft our programs one conversation at a time, to address the specific goals that you have for your team. Every program ends with action planning to implement key learnings and insights into your workplace and culture.

We’re now booking for 2023. Fill out this form or call us at (802) 254-8718.
