Constance O'Brien

Constance joined High 5 as a Trainer at the start of 2024. Before and directly after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX, with a BA in Philosophy, they pursued a career in the outdoor adventure field in and around the picturesque Pineywoods of East Texas. While working at Lakeview Methodist Conference Center, they wore many hats and eventually found the one that fit best: coordinating the challenge course. Constance’s dedication to helping others learn and develop their training and facilitation skills on the challenge course is evident in every aspect of their work. 

During their free time, they enjoy visiting historical sites and walking around museums. One museum that Constance plans to visit soon is the installation of challenge course gear archives curated and maintained by our Director of Challenge Course Services – a short walk across the High 5 hallway!
