Liz Guillet

Liz is a Brooklyn, New York native and outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed visiting the Green Mountains to ski and hike for years before having the opportunity to move to Vermont in 2020. While volunteering with Rescue, Inc’s Technical Rescue Team, she learned about the open Business Manager role and started working on the Operations team in 2022. She tells us she was inspired by our mission to provide experiential and adventure education for team building and personal development, and notes that improving communication and relationships through outdoor experiences that take people outside their comfort zone in a supportive and compassionate manner is more important than ever.

She holds a BA from UMASS Amherst and an MSEd from SUNY Binghamton.  As our Business Manager, Liz brings years of financial and office management experience, as well as a background in youth development programs and outdoor education through her work as an educator at Brooklyn Boulders and Hudson River Community Sailing in New York City.  

Liz has two adult kids and one Weimaraner named Drake. In her free time she enjoys hiking, paddling and skiing the mountains, lakes and rivers of Vermont and New England and is relieved she no longer has to fight traffic to reach them!
