Morgan Wiseman

Morgan Wiseman joined the Training team in early 2024. He’s an accomplished trainer and facilitator who has worked in the field of Challenge Course programming and Team Development for over a decade after studying History at Eastern Connecticut State University. While working for a variety of organizations including camps, retreat centers, and other Professional Vendor Training sites, Morgan has come to rely equally on his natural skills as a technical trainer and as a community builder. His favorite quote is “The most important step that a person can take is the next one”, by Brandon Sanderson. Motivating and supporting participants as they take the next steps in their learning is what he strives to do in each workshop.

In his free time, you can find Morgan honing his slightly rusty footbag skills (aka hackysack), likely due to his three cats that run interference during practice.
