Thomas Phelan

Thomas joined the Building team in the fall of 2023. He is a seasoned professional in outdoor education, with a diverse background that seamlessly blends his passion for the outdoors, music, and carpentry. With a wealth of experience dating back to 2014, Tom has honed his skills as an outdoor challenge course coordinator while at Syracuse University, his alma mater, and as an independent carpenter since 2020. In his spare time, he crafts custom furniture, plays multiple instruments, and recently completed a multi-year renovation of a school bus into a charming tiny cabin. The High 5 team is excited to pay a visit to his mobile cabin when there is a break in the busy building season.
