Shipping and Returns
We will make every effort to fill your order promptly (see Delivery below). If the item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Some items may vary in color due to manufacturer’s or distributor’s availability.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment shall be in U.S. currency. Mastercard, Visa, Checks, and Purchase Orders are accepted. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for every check returned by the bank.
Shipping and Handling
All materials are sold F.O.B. Shipping Point. High 5 reserves the right to ship by the carrier of its choice. Any damage in transit or loss of freight is the responsibility of the carrier.
In-stock items will usually ship the day after the order via USPS or UPS. We will do our best to inform you immediately if there will be any delay. Most customers will receive the merchandise within 4 to 6 business days after the order has been processed. At High 5’s discretion, items may be drop shipped from another location, and not High 5’s location.
Please call High 5 for authorization to return goods before returning any merchandise.
- The purchaser must pay freight on returns and a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total will be charged unless otherwise specified.
- Custom assemblies and custom lengths of rope, webbing, lanyards, wire, and nets are not returnable.
