Edge of Leadership (EOL) is High 5’s experiential framework for developing leadership through real-world practice, reflection, and application, used with students, educators, and organizations.
At Its Core, EOL is Built on a Simple Belief
- Students are not future leaders.
- They are leaders right now, if we give them the conditions to act like it.
Through classroom experiences, challenge-based learning, and guided reflection, EOL helps school communities build a shared language around how people connect, grow, and take responsibility for themselves and others.

- Understand and express emotions
- Listen, communicate, and navigate conflict
