PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Beth coordinates our Edge of Leadership (EOL) program which relies on her impeccable organizational skills, as well as her depth of experience and knowledge in the field of Education. With hands-on experience in implementing social-emotional learning programs in various educational settings as a teacher, principal, and more recently, as a superintendent, Beth is highly committed to expanding upon this work in her new role through EOL. From her perspective, she believes “Today more than ever, there is a crucial need for children and young adults to feel connected to peers and adults in their schools and communities. EOL is a highly innovative program that empowers students to reflect and learn about themselves, as well as their relationships with and impact on other people and the school community.”
Born and raised in New Jersey, Beth completed her post-secondary training there as well and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from William Paterson University followed by a Master’s Degree in Learning Disabilities from Montclair State University. The EOL team is thrilled to gain Beth’s invaluable perspectives on public education and how to enrich learning environments and relationships with our novel EOL approach. Beth says “I’m honored to become a member of the EOL team.” We say the exact same thing!
